Most projects take 5 to 9 months from start to finish. This includes designing a bespoke game about your brand specifically tailored to your needs and your audience, refining it through playtesting and development to ensure balance and fun, creating unique art and graphic design for the game, the manufacturing, and freight shipping the order to you. The exact timeline depends on how complex your game is. Re-orders take about half as long, since the game is already designed.
Aboslutely! We always start by understanding your brand, your audience, and your goals for a custom game. Then we propose several different game concepts and help you select the idea that best suits your needs.
All our games are manufactured at Panda Game Manufacturing, the industry leader in premium board games. We can include custom shapes, designs, sizes and colors, and we have a huge range of materials to select from including premium cardstocks and cardboards, wood, dice, plastics, metal, and even resin! Everything is made custom to suit the game we design for you.
Our minimum order is usually 1000 games - though in certain circumstances we can go lower. There are price breaks available for higher order quantities.
The cost depends on the complexity of the game and the size of your order, but for most projects we do, the cost is between $8 and $20 per copy of the game. That is an all-inclusive price. We structure our pricing so that you can make a healthy profit by selling the games to your audience. Schedule a call with us, and we can provide accurate pricing for your specific needs.

Yes, we always make and send you a prototype of your game before producing the full order. This lets you play your game in real life, so you can request any needed changes before we start the main production.
Board games are already an enironmentally friendly form of entertainment. They are made once and then last for years. They are made primarily from paper, cardboard and wood, which are renewable resources, and they use very few single-use plastics. In addition, our production partner Panda has a strong sustainability commitment and we have the option to select specific eco-friendly components.
No. The games we make are sent to you. You use your existing distribution or direct-to-consumer channels to sell the games to your audience. You can also use the games as gifts to your employees, partners and clients, and use them as a unique marketing tool to promote and grow your brand and to engage your community.
